Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Sarasota Flower Delivery reserves the right to accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable delivery fees, the Flower Handling Delivery fee, and sales tax are shown on the review step before you pay. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed.
Product representation
Photos are representative. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, the arrangement you receive may vary, consistent with our Substitution Policy, while honoring the style, size, and value of your order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sarasota Flower Delivery's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, and incorrect delivery information provided to us.
