Why substitutions happen
Flowers are a natural, perishable product. Specific varieties, colors, and stems are not always available due to season, weather, and market supply. To deliver the freshest arrangement on the date you choose, Sarasota Flower Delivery may substitute items of equal or greater value.
How we substitute
We always honor the overall look, color palette, size, and style of the arrangement you ordered. If a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a similar bloom in the same color family and of equal or greater value.
For arrangements in a specific container, the container may be substituted with one of similar style and equal or greater value if the original is unavailable.
Premium and deluxe upgrades
When you select a deluxe or premium size, the additional value is used to add more flowers, fuller stems, or a larger presentation, keeping the same general style shown in the photo.
Requests
If you need an exact flower (for example, for an allergy or a specific sentiment), contact Sarasota Flower Delivery before or right after ordering and we will do our best to accommodate or advise on availability.
