Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction matters. Here is how Sarasota Flower Delivery handles cancellations, refunds, and quality concerns.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change an order before it has been prepared or dispatched for delivery. Because flowers are made fresh to order, once an arrangement is in production or out for delivery we may not be able to cancel it. Contact Sarasota Flower Delivery as soon as possible at 941-806-1911 or art@bloomerangsolutions.com to request a change.

Quality guarantee

We stand behind the freshness of our flowers. If an arrangement arrives damaged or is not fresh, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or issue an appropriate refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery fees and the Flower Handling Delivery fee are refundable only when an order is canceled before dispatch or when we are unable to deliver. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Failed deliveries

If we cannot complete a delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.
