Delivery areas and timing

Sarasota Flower Delivery delivers throughout Sarasota, FL and surrounding ZIP codes listed at checkout. Enter your recipient's ZIP code during checkout to confirm we serve that address and to see the available delivery dates.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery day. We deliver on the days listed for your delivery zone; closed days are not selectable on the calendar.

Delivery fees

A delivery fee applies to each order based on the recipient's delivery zone. The exact fee is shown on the review step before you pay, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Flower Handling Delivery (FHD) fee

Every delivery order includes a Flower Handling Delivery (FHD) fee of $3.99. This is separate from the standard delivery fee and is shown as its own line on your order summary.

The FHD fee covers the careful handling fresh flowers require that ordinary parcels do not: conditioning and hydrating stems, securing arrangements so they travel without shifting, climate-conscious transport, and the extra care taken at the door to hand off a delicate, perishable product in good condition. It is a flat fee per order and is not waived by free-delivery promotions, because the handling work happens regardless of the delivery distance.

Delivery attempts and recipient availability

We deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, and funeral homes. For business and facility deliveries, please provide suite, floor, or department details so our driver can complete the delivery promptly.

If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will use reasonable judgment to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor or front desk, and will note the delivery. We cannot be responsible for the condition of arrangements left unattended in extreme weather.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check the delivery address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to correct it, which may delay delivery. Redelivery to a corrected address may incur an additional delivery fee.
